Coverage

Your Laundry Board™ includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in craftsmanship or materials. This includes structural issues, loose joinery, or hardware failure not caused by misuse or environmental exposure.

 

What’s Not Covered

Because each board is made from real hardwood, natural characteristics are not considered defects.
This includes normal grain variation, small knots, color differences, or minor wood movement related to humidity changes.

This warranty also does not cover damage caused by:

• Excessive moisture or improper storage
• Outdoor use
• Harsh cleaners or abrasives
• Incorrect installation of adjustable feet
• Accidents, misuse, or modifications

How to File a Claim

Email info@laundryboards.com and include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• A short description of what happened

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate next steps.

Resolution

If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.
If repair or replacement isn’t possible, a partial or full refund may be offered.
